Emanouil Corp. has revised the plan to reduce number of units to 44 townhouses.  Although none of the Chamberlain Road residents have seen the plan, we expect to prior to the ZBA hearing on April 17.

Developer's representative, residents, Town Manager Cohen, BOS members Pat Wojtas and Clare Jeannotte walked the property a few weeks ago and were pleasantly surprised that the stakes for the backside of the buildings nearest to the Chamberlain Road homes were approximately 30 ft. further back than the previous plan.  This is a huge positive because the residents have battled this development back from their yards for over two years. 

The two residences with properties closest to the proposed development are working with developer to find a mutually acceptable resolution.  If an agreement can be made they will participate in the ZBA hearing in order to make sure the terms are upheld.

Properties located at #27 and #29 Chamberlain Road are currently owned by the previous "Hillside" developer.  No buildings have been moved away from these two homes as the 'developer' is on record stating he did not have a problem with the buildings as previously proposed.
