PCF's mission is to promote policies which maintain the existing quality of life in Chelmsford, including preserving open space, strong schools, fiscal responsibility, and stable neighborhoods. We are dedicated to providing reliable information on all sides of the issues affecting Chelmsford. We believe that a strong community listens to everyone's voice and we encourage you to contact us with your questions and concerns.

PCF provides a central place to find out what's going on in your neighborhood and community, and how to get involved. Different issues come and go, and different people take charge based on their interest, expertise and time remaining from their day job.
